Return Policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once you have removed the piece from its package its not returnable.

If your return is accepted, you will have to send the package back at your own cost, and wait for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not South Africa, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 3 day cooling off period notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Process
Should you wish to return an item, please choose from the below two options for instructions:
Option 1: Product is faulty or you received products other than what you ordered:

Indicate your name, telephone number and delivery address. Specify exactly what the exchange should entail. We will evaluate your request and let you know if its approved.
Warranty
All Boerbefok clothing products are covered for a period of 1 week from the date of purchase by the customer. Warranty covers any factory defect, such as defective seams, snap or zipper failure, and any product irregularity that differs from tolerances set for any product specification. Any defect resulting from abuse or misuse of garments are not covered by any warranties and do not qualify for our exchange policy. All garments are subject to inspection and a proof of purchase before any warranties will be considered by Boerbefok.
Shipping Policy
Delivery timeframe
The time frame is divided into two parts:
Processing time: This is the time it takes to verify your order and payment. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Manufacturing time: This is the time it takes from the order is placed until we receive it 7-10 business days.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from us to your destination. Local (South African) orders take 4-6 business days to arrive. International delivery usually takes about 15 to 20 business days to arrive.

For local (South African) orders: we mostly make use of Courier Guy to deliver to your door in all main centres in South Africa.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on calculated on the volumetric weight of your purchase and your destination.
